We provide repair and maintenance services for various household appliances. Once a service is booked, our technician will contact you for confirmation and visit scheduling.

2. Charges and Payment

• Service visit charges will be informed during booking.
• Any spare part replacement charges will be discussed before installation.
• Payment must be made after service completion, via cash, UPI, or other available methods.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure correct appliance details and availability at the service address.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel or reschedule a service by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care during repair, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing faults or misuse of the appliance.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
